Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We strive to provide high-quality services but make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free service. Services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the terms specified in that agreement. Upon termination, the client must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of these terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yingchu Studio from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
